Train from Newark Airport to NYC, nice visit with Sam & family, who were in residence at Doris, Ilena’s mother’s, apt for Thanksgiving week-end. Went shoe shopping with Sam, Ilena & kids. Then downtown to spend a couple hours with Frances - the usual complaints about Sam not appreciating her partnership decisions (to which I listen, but do not comment).
